Maternity Photoshoot in my Hackney Studio

Last month the gorgeous Hannah visited the studio and we were both really thrilled with the results.

We began with a black background and moody directional lighting, which wonderfully picked out the shape of her baby bump. Hannah borrowed a few items from my maternity client wardrobe that were ideal for showing off her shape. We then did some shots of Hannah in jeans and T-shirt for a more everyday look.

After this, she had a tea break while I changed the background from black to white. Using back-lighting and see-through lace, we created a dreamy, ethereal atmosphere, then Hannah changed into jeans and a classic white shirt, to again capture the everyday.
